3 Ways To Scale Your Business While Working LESS

We might only be a few weeks into 2021, but if you already feel like this year has been dragging on for months, then maybe it’s time to get some help.

Automate

If you’re not using automation tools to speed things up in your business, then you’re missing a trick. Tools such as Zapier and social media schedulers such as ContentCal are absolutely essential as you grow your business. 

Rather than painstakingly repeating the same process over and over again, run as much as you can through automation, leaving valuable time free for you to spend either in your zone of genius or doing more of the things you love. After all, a relaxed and happy you  = a happy business. 

Outsource

Love writing social media posts but can’t think of anything worse than designing graphics? There’s no rule that says you have to do everything yourself. Save yourself the vital brain space and outsource the things you can’t or don’t want to do to the people who love it.

Look through your to-do list and find the tasks that consistently fill you with dread. You know, the ones where you’d rather clean the bathroom than actually do them? You’ll be amazed at how liberating it is when that task is finally - and permanently - removed from your to-do list.

Delegate & Expand Your Team

Some of your tasks will be low income-generating but seem to eat away at a chunk of your time. And as you grow your biz, you know that you should be focusing as much of your time on the tasks which really move the needle.
