1. Find your purpose.
When feelings of apathy take hold, refocus your energy on the tasks in your business that light you up. Remember why you started!
2. Learn how to unplug.
Learning how to quickly shift your mindset out of work-mode is crucial for getting the rest you need. Maybe it’s taking a shower or a bath at the end of your working day, or perhaps completing a gratitude journal to reflect on and close your day before you start to relax. Find what works for you and stick to it.
3. Go on holiday!
Whilst not always possible, a holiday is a fantastic way to reset, recharge and reconnect with your loved ones before coming back ready to smash it in your biz.
4. Prioritise your sleep
Sleep is SO important in protecting your health - I really can’t stress it enough! Limit caffeine and screen time towards the end of your day to set yourself up for a solid 7 hours.
5. Find your happy
Sometimes the little things can make the biggest difference. Whether it’s having a cup of coffee on the patio, cuddling your dog or listening to your favourite music, build up a toolkit of mini mood boosters at your disposal whenever you need a little lift throughout the day.
6. Healthy body, healthy mind
Boost your energy levels and release happy hormones by maintaining a healthy diet and committing to a regular exercise routine.
7. Spread the load
Remember - you’re not in this on your own! Sharing the workload with a team will alleviate stress and pressure when you need it most.
