I’m putting a stop to this. Right here. Right now.

I refuse to watch another amazing entrepreneur on the verge of absolute overwhelm as they try to grow their business without stepping in.

Scaling sustainably is absolutely achievable and I’m DONE with the idea that you have to choose between success and wellbeing.

I want BOTH — and these 4 tips will show you how to have them too.

  1. Start your planning as soon as possible

I know, I know.

Right now it feels like you have a million and one things on your plate that need your attention immediately — so taking time out of your busy schedule to focus on those tasks that feel less than urgent feels crazy.

But take it from me when I say that the earlier you plan, the more seamless your scaling journey will be.

As your biz grows and evolves, so does the support and strategy that you need. What works for you won’t work in 6 months — so keep your focus on the next step to make sure you don’t lose any momentum along the way.

2. Put the right systems in place

Organisation is the KEY to scaling your business sustainably.

As CEOs, we need to put the right systems, automations and strategies in place that keep all of the plates spinning in our businesses without needing us to be in the middle of the action 24/7.

This step is possibly one of the most crucial — helping you to delegate to your team quickly and easily (without worrying whether or not they’ll do them ‘your way’), stay in your zone of genius and remove yourself from the day-to-day chaos to focus on the tasks that really move the needle forward.

3. Surround yourself with the right support

The right team can make or break your scaling journey. Finding your perfect match can sometimes feel like searching for a needle in a haystack — but the people who thrive in their zones of genius and you can lean on 100% are absolute gold dust when you’re looking to grow.

When you’re working through step 1, take some time to establish which additional skill sets you’ll need to take your biz to each next level to work out exactly who you need to help you get there. For added reassurance, work with an agency experienced in matching entrepreneurs with their ideal support system

4. Stay connected to your niche

Whilst a lot of growth strategies focus on acquiring new customers, I always work with my clients to help them retain their existing business too.

Undertaking regular market research, asking for feedback and genuinely listening to your clients can help you to continue creating products that keep them coming back for more.

This is how you turn followers into FANS and create an audience of brand-advocates who trust the quality and impact of what you do so much that they’re waiting to buy every new offer you have.

What’s next?

Scaling sustainably is no mean feat — but it is 100% possible with the right planning and structure in place.

How many of these tips will you be incorporating into your strategy?
