THREE best social media tools for coaches
Social media: productivity black hole or your business’ best friend?
My honest answer? It depends.
I know, I know - not helpful.
But like with many things in business, it can help or hinder you - it just depends on how you tackle it.
Here are my top three best social media tools for coaches to give you a headstart.
1. Schedule, schedule, schedule
Getting organised and batching tasks is one of the best things you can do for your business - and this is especially important for your social media presence.
Scheduling tools are a fantastic way to keep on top of this. Later has to be my personal favourite - it’s free to use and is an easy and efficient way to plot in all posts across multiple accounts and platforms, saving valuable hours throughout the month to focus on client tasks, strategy and the work I love to do.
2. Visual effects
Until recently, you’d have been right to assume that you’d need some advanced skills or computer programs to create professional-looking graphics - but not anymore.
Canva’s drag-and-drop functionality and reams of templates make it super easy to produce beautiful visuals for your social media platforms, as well as business cards, flyers, presentations - the lot!
Canva Pro is brilliant - but the good news is that the platform’s free version has more than enough to get you started.
3. It’s a numbers game
Facebook Creator Studio is set to be your new business best friend, helping you to pinpoint the types of posts that your community loves and make your content as effective as possible.
The recent release from the social media giant brings scheduling and analytics all under one roof across your Facebook and Instagram pages.
Completely free to use, you’ll now be able to track and manage stats across different posts, respond to messages and comments, see how loyal your fans are and even access a sound library for tracks and effects to add to your videos.
What’s next?
Take some time to familiarise yourself with these three tools and you’ll be well on your way to streamlining your social media commitments in your business.
Word of warning - don’t forget in the world of social media, engagement is king!
Make sure you still make consistent time - try 15 minutes per day - for you or your virtual assistant to hop on and engage with your audience.
