Whether it's implementing a piece of software to automate a task for you, or developing a more in-depth process with multiple touch-points... when you develop systems throughout your business you create a common language across all of your team members.

Everyone knows what to do, when to do it and why it's done that way. And the result? Slick day-to-day working and you don't get frustrated by 100 messages a day asking what needs to be done next. Win/win!

In fact, working this way is exactly how I'm able to regularly take time away from my business without everything crumbling when I'm gone.
