No matter what shape or size your team is, or if it’s just you looking to team up with clients and suppliers - Slack will help you come together to share updates and discuss ideas in lightning speed. 

Conversations can be organised according to team and topic, whilst files and documents can be shared as attachments and remain available for download whenever you need them. 

My absolute favourite feature is how easily you can integrate Slack with other platforms like project management platforms for ultimate ease of use. 

Project professionals 

Project management tools have become invaluable to me in running Selina & Co., and are often one of the first things to be implemented by one of my elite VAs when commencing work with a new client. 

Trello, Asana, Basecamp - it’s all down to preference. 

Collaborate with your team, your suppliers and your clients - delegating tasks, setting deadlines and checking in on the status of individual jobs. 

No more wasting time waiting for updates or trawling through historic email chains searching for the right message or attachment.

The small screen 

If I had £1 for every hour I’ve spent meticulously capturing my feedback on documents or tasks in lengthy emails - let’s just say I’d be a very rich woman! 

My mantra is - if you’re not making direct edits to a document, step AWAY from the keyboard. 

To achieve this, screen recording software has become my new best friend. With Loom, I can chat through my thoughts and comments whilst illustrating my commentary with the screen visual - saving time for me AND my colleagues.
